What information will be engraved on the tag? You provide your pet's name and your phone number at checkout. Both are engraved on the same side of the tag using precision laser technology.

How long does the engraving last? Laser engraving is permanent — it does not fade, peel, or wash off. Unlike printed or stamped tags, the text is cut directly into the metal and will outlast years of daily wear.

What size is the tag? Will it fit my pet? The tag measures 3cm (1.18in) — compact enough for cats and small dogs, sturdy enough for large breeds. It clips onto any standard collar ring in seconds.

Can I choose the letter for the initial charm? Yes. Simply enter the letter (A–Z) you'd like in the personalisation field at checkout and your charm will be matched accordingly.

Is this suitable for cats as well as dogs? Absolutely. The lightweight zinc alloy construction won't weigh down a cat collar, and the 3cm size is ideal for both cats and dogs.
