Is the box too small for my cat?
The interior space is designed for small to medium cats to move and dig comfortably. If your cat is large (e.g. Maine Coon or Norwegian Forest Cat), measure them before buying and compare against the product dimensions in the spec sheet.
Does the semi-enclosed lid really reduce odor?
Yes. The semi-covered design contains part of the odor inside the box instead of spreading it around the room, but no box replaces regular litter changes. We recommend daily cleaning and frequent litter changes.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery estimate is shown on the product page before checkout and varies by your address. We work to keep delivery times as short as possible.
Can I return it if it doesn't work out?
Yes. You have the legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery, valid across the European Union, to return the product without needing to give a reason.
