No. It is a light projector only, with no speaker or Bluetooth.

Is the light safe for eyes?

It uses a soft, low-brightness LED. As with any projector, don't shine it directly into anyone's eyes. Point it at the ceiling or a wall.

Does it need batteries?

No. It runs from the power cable in the box, so it needs to stay plugged in while in use.

Will it work in a bright room?

It looks best in a dark or dimly lit room. In daylight the projection is hard to see.
