Does this come with a tracker, or do I need to buy one separately?

This is the collar and protective case — it's designed to hold a compatible Bluetooth tracker, sold separately. That keeps the price low and lets you use a tracker you already trust.

Will this work with my phone?

The tracker case is designed for Android phones using Google's device-finding network (Android 9.0+, with Bluetooth and location turned on). If you have an iPhone, check out our TrackPaws AirTag collar instead — it's built for Apple's ecosystem.

How accurate is the location tracking?

It's not a GPS device — it uses your tracker's Bluetooth signal, picked up by nearby Android phones running the finder app. In everyday areas you'll usually get a strong general location within minutes; in very remote areas with few phones around, updates may be less frequent.

Will my cat try to remove it?

The case and collar are lightweight and soft, so most cats settle into wearing it within a day or two, just like any new collar. We recommend introducing it gradually at first.

Is it safe if my cat gets caught on something?

Yes — it's designed to work with any standard breakaway/safety collar, so it releases under pressure like a normal cat collar would.
