Frequently Asked Questions

Why pay more than the basic bags from the supermarket?

Because the cost per walk works out lower: these bags don't tear, don't leak, and already include a dispenser — no need to buy a separate accessory.

Is "biodegradable" just a marketing term?

We work to source material aligned with recognized biodegradability standards. As soon as the current batch's certificate is available, it will be published on this page.

How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery window appears at checkout before you complete your purchase, with all costs already included in the final price — no surprises on delivery.

What if I don't like the product?

You're covered by our return guarantee: if the product doesn't meet your expectations, simply contact our support team within the period stated in our return policy.

Will the bags fit any dispenser?

Yes — the roll is a standard size, compatible with most dispensers on the market, including the one included in this kit.

Could the lavender scent bother my dog?

The scent sits only on the outside of the bag, with no direct contact with your pet — it's designed for the owner's comfort during the walk, not the dog's.
